Better Quality and Better Cost

Cube knows how to deliver quality while driving efficiencies in material costs.  A large CPG was determined to deliver Design Intent of their global brand across multiple suppliers, countries, and substrates. To facilitate and expedite the work, we established a simplified Quality Program by identifying top 3 focus areas to deliver Design Intent and clearly specify the key attributes needed to succeed. We also aligned, deployed, and engaged all suppliers in this process. The results were high customer satisfaction, on-quality / on-time / on-cost execution, increase of productivity, and supplier consolidation that strengthened and increased commitment of the supply base.
